+ Do you take back damaged glasses?

No, because we cannot refill them. Please take them to your local bottle bank to be recycled.

+ Should I leave the labels on the glasses before I recycle them?

If you are taking the bottles to your local bottle bank, we recommend taking the label off before recycling them. Ensure the glass has been thoroughly rinsed out and is free from any product.

+ What happens to the inlay in the cap when recycling?

We only use caps which are plastic-free and made from natural rubber which we derive from fair trade routes, the rubber inlays are biodegradable. These can be put into your compost bin to biodegrade. Please ensure they have been taken out of the lid before recycling it.
